OnePlus is all set to unveil the OnePlus 7 lineup on May 14, but that's not stopping the phone maker from releasing software updates for its older smartphones. OnePlus has rolled out OxygenOS Open Beta updates 31 and 29 for 5 and 5T, and updates 17 and 9 for 6 and 6T, respectively.

All four of these builds are identical, with the only difference being an India-only intelligent file cleanup feature for the 6 and 6T. You can check out the entire changelog of these beta updates below:

  • System
    • Display overheating device warning
    • New UI for system update
  • Quick reply
    • Supported more IM APPs for Quick Reply in landscape
    • Apps don't get paused when using quick reply in landscape
  • Community
    • Optimized search experience by adding search field, and grouping search results in different categories
    • Improved the UI of Social page
    • Optimized Log recording in Bug Report section
  • File Manager (6 and 6T only)
    • Added the Intelligent cleanup feature (India only)

These beta updates are rolling out over-the-air and will only reach those units that are already flashed with a previous beta build. If you want to give them a try, you can head over to the source links below.
