Samsung Galaxy M40 goes on sale in India
The Samsung Galaxy M40 goes on sale today in India starting noon local time through Amazon.in and the company's online store. It's priced at INR19,990 ($285) and comes in 6GB/128GB configuration.
The Galaxy M40 has Snapdragon 675 SoC under the hood and runs Android Pie out-of-the-box. It flaunts a 6.3-inch FHD+ PLS display that has a hole in the upper-left corner which houses the 16MP selfie camera.
At the back, the M40 sports a triple camera setup which is a combination of 32MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, and 5MP depth sensor units. It ships with a 3,500 mAh battery which draws power from a USB-C port. The smartphone doesn't have a headphone jack though, meaning you can't charge it and listen to the music at the same time.

He has asked for a phone with AMOLED, I think, so Redmi Note 7 Pro or Realme 3 Pro wouldn't fit the bill. A50 is a good choice with faster chipset than M30 or A30, but it costs 18,500 INR for the 4GB/64GB variant.
