Prime Day: Deals from Samsung, Huawei, Sony, OnePlus, Motorola

Today Amazon aims to destroy our savings with its Prime Day sales, which offer discounts on new and refurbished items for two whole days - July 15 and 16.

So in the interest of sharing the load of poor financial decisions we've rounded up some deals on a number of devices. As they are constantly evolving, it might be a good idea to check your local Amazon for the current deals. Hey and if you find something worth while - drop us a line.

Germany

In Germany you can get Samsung's Galaxy S10e and Galaxy M20 for 36% and 17% off, respectively.

There's quite a sale on Sony's Xperia 1 and Xperia XZ2 Compact. Get an Xperia 1 in Blue, Black, Grey or White for €999 with Sony's excellent WH-1000XM3 wireless noise-cancelling headphones bundled into the price (normally €350). The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact is down to €320 from the regular €600 asking price.

The OnePlus 6 is down to just €349 for the 128GB model and €399 for a 256GB one.

Huawei's MediaPad M5 is just €240 while Cat's rugged T20 Tab is €450.

United Kingdom

In the UK you can nab a discounted Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy A8, Galaxy J3 or a Sony Xperia L1 or E5 at a discount ranging between 13% and 34%.

There's a deal on Motorola smartphones too. The Moto G7 is down 25% to £180, the Moto One Vision is 26% off at £199, and finally the Moto G6 is 41% down to £140.

India

Moving on to India where there are a number of deals on a myriad of devices.

Starting off with Huawei. The Huawei Y9 is INR 11,990 (down from INR 15,990), the Mate 20 Pro is down INR 8,000 to INR 56,990 and comes with a bundled Huawei GT watch (normally worth INR 15,990), the Huawei P30 Pro is INR 63,990, the P30 Lite is INR 17,990, the Huawei Band 3 Pro is INR 3,999, the Band 3E is INR 1,299. Finally the Huawei Watch GT Classic and Sport will be discounted to INR 13,990 and INR 12,990, respectively.
