Xiaomi introduces T-Series CIGA Design mechanical watch

Xiaomi has been known to branch out in areas outside smartphones for a while and the latest in that line of innovation is the T-series CIGA Design mechanical watch. If you’re a fan of gadgets with transparent design than this watch will surely grab your attention. It features a fully clear round body exposing all the mechanical internals of the watch.

While it does not offer any of the fitness tracking and notification features found in conventional smartwatches, the T-Series watch focuses on the premium aesthetic and crafstamanship. The casing features a 360-degree view of the insides which allows you to see both the bottom and top insides of the watch.

The T-Series CIGA Design mechanical watch will set buyers back CNY 699 ($101) while those who support the crowd-funding program can obtain one for CNY 499 ($72). The campaign will open on Xiaomi Mall later today in two versions with a black and red watch band.
