Top 10 trending phones of week 32
Samsung already had a strong hold on our trending chart last week, but the launch of the Galaxy Note10 lineup led to an unprecedented dominance. The Korean company makes seven of the 10 most interesting phones of the past week, including all of the top 5.
All four of the Galaxy Note10 versions made the chart, which is a rarity on its own - typically 5G versions get little exposure.
The new more compact Galaxy Note10 claimed first, followed by the LTE and 5G versions of the Note10+.
Long standing leaders Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A70 had to settle for fourth and fifth this time around, while Xiaomi's best placed phone is the Redmi Note 7 in sixth.
Having gone on pre-order in Europe this week, the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro made a surprising return to get seventh, ahead of the final Galaxy Note10 version - the Note10 5G.
Xiaomi Mi 9T has somehow managed to retain ninth amid all the drama, while the Galaxy A30 held onto the last available spot.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro were unable to maintain the popularity of their launch weeks and got relegated. Xiaomi Mi A3 and the Samsung Galaxy A80 also lost out.
