The Huawei nova 6 5G is coming soon to China, as per Huawei's own video teaser on Weibo. The clip shows the front of the phone and its punch hole dual selfie camera, teasing its ability to zoom out for a wider selfie.

The video doesn't specify when the phone will get announced, but we know the nova 6 5G's doppelganger the Honor V30 is due for unveil on November 26.

We know the Honor V30 has a triple camera on the rear, which is likely shared by the Huawei nova 6 5G.

We also learned a bit more about the Huawei nova 6 5G's specs, thanks to a separate Weibo leak. It outlines a smartphone with a 6.44-inch 1080p IPS LCD, a Kirin 990 chipset with embedded 5G modem and a 4,000mAh battery with 40W charging.

Camera-wise the Huawei nova 6 5G is tipped to premiere Sony's 60MP IMX686 and come with an additional 16MP ultrawide, 2MP (likely dedicated macro) and a 2MP depth sensor.

Rumor has it the Huawei nova 6 5G will be priced at CNY 3,499 for an 8GB + 128GB model, CNY 3,799 for an 8GB + 256GB and CNY 4,099 for a range-topping 12GB+256GB option.

They also use glass back and sealed batteries, they want you to buy a new phone every year.

Is that why they use it on their flagship devices? Amoled doesnt do burn in for years. Amoled's are thinner, save battery, better blacks, don't need back light, and more flexible so can be curved or put into foldable phones.
