Samsung Galaxy A71 5G gets certification from 3C, will support 25W charging

While the 4G variant of the Samsung Galaxy A71 has been out for two months now, its 5G counterpart is yet to make an official debut. We’ve already came across it on Geekbench and we saw rumors about its availability and now the latest clue from China’s 3C agency reveals the phone will sport a 25W fast charger.

The device was spotted bearing the SM-A7160 model number which was also seen in the Geekbench listing where it was revealed to carry the Exynos 980 SoC, 8GB RAM and Android 10.

The Galaxy A71 5G is expected to launch in the US, China, Australia, New Zealand and several European markets. There is still no time frame for the release date but we’ll make sure to keep you posted.

And this is why S20 starts at $1000; because Samsung wants to sell mid-range at $700
