LG Q92 passes through Geekbench with Snapdragon 765G chipset and Android 10

The LG Q92 finishing up final preparations before launch, including the traditional Geekbench test. It ran it earlier today and achieved scores similar to the Velvet 5G.

Not surprising since both phones are powered by the same chipset, Snapdragon 765G (aka “lito”). This particular unit had 6 GB of RAM, which matches the listing on the Google Play Console.

That also revealed a 1080p screen, about the same size as on the Velvet (6.8”). This could be an LCD instead of an OLED panel, however. Storage is 128 GB in size and naturally there may be other options.

The LG Q92 5G is only part of whole Q-series of 13 devices. It will have versions for South Korea’s major carriers plus international units.

While the Velvet targets the premium segment, the Q92 will be LG’s first 5G mid-ranger and will compete against the likes of Galaxy A71 5G and A51 5G.
