OnePlus Nord update improves camera and display calibration, 7T and 7T Pro also get updates

A new software version for the OnePlus Nord is rolling out starting with Global models (10.5.8.AC01AA) and those in India (10.5.8.AC01DA). EU phones will be receiving it soon as well (10.5.8.AC01BA). The changelog is below:

  • System
    • Newly added "Hide silent notifications in status bar" feature to filter unimportant notifications, making the app notification management easier (Route: Settings>Apps & Notifications> Notifications> Advanced> Hide silent notifications in the status bar)
    • Optimized the expanded screenshot user experience for some scenes
    • Fixed known issues and improved system stability
    • Updated Android security patch to 2020.09
  • Camera
    • Optimized image stabilization performance
  • Display
    • Improved general display calibration
  • Network
    • Optimize the network stability

The OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro are getting a minor update as well. It's coming to India first, then it will reach Global and EU phones soon after. There aren’t major improvements here, just a few fixes and optimizations and a bump to the security patch.

    • Newly added user assistance feature to help user master usage skills quickly (Route: Settings>OnePlus Tips&Support)
    • Optimized power consumption of the system and improve user experience
    • Fixed the flashback issue with some third-party apps
    • Fixed known issues and improved system stability
    • Updated Android Security Patch to 2020.09

OP 7T has not been given updates esp android security patches ontime.My 7T is still running with Oxygen OS 10.3.4 HD65AA and 08/20 security patch.Not at all satisfied.OP must think of it.
