More images of Samsung Galaxy S21 (or S21+) cases surface

Yet more case renders have surfaced, showing off the Galaxy S21 (or S21+) design ahead of schedule. The two non-Ultra models will have flat displays, which makes it easy to design a case with a protective lip that keeps the display away from danger.

The displays will measure 6.2” and 6.7”, respectively, both 120Hz OLEDs with 1080p+ resolution. That’s a strange downgrade compared to this year as all three S20 models have 1440p+ displays.

There’s a small gap between the case and the controversial camera bump, which looks off – designers will have to work harder to make the best of that bump. Anyway, the triple camera setup features 12MP main and ultra wide cameras, plus a 64MP zoom camera. You can find a more detailed rundown of the expected specifications here.

The three Galaxy S21 models are expected to go official on January 14. Allegedly, the phones will be bundled with Galaxy Live Beyond (aka Buds 2), which will be announced at the same Unpacked event. However, the new Z Flip2 foldable will not be joining them.

They only used it on the note 20 ultra and that phone has about the same battery life as the s20 ultra which has 500mAh more capacity so it obviously does work. LTPO allows the display to only refresh at the speed that what you’re doing supports it. ...

I feel you guys are arguing without actually listening to what each other are saying. Is 120hz a massive battery drain, yes. Will you get much better battery life at 60hz, yes. But it’s also a feature that is here to stay and with companies using tec...

Lol what awful battery? Using it for the past 5 months. 1080p+@120Hz gives me 9-9.5hr SOT. QHD+@120HZ used to give me 7.5-8hr SOT.
