Samsung makes January 14 Unpacked event official, welcome to the Everyday Epic

Ivan, 04 January 2021

Today, Samsung made the date of its Galaxy S21 launch official. The #SamsungUnpacked event is happening in 10 days, on January 14 at 16:00 CET (20:30 IST), under the slogan 'Welcome to the Everyday Epic'.

The teaser for the event shows a triple camera inside a frosted cube - this is the design of the new camera module on the Galaxy S21 series.

It's clear that Samsung will introduce the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. There's a strong probability that Samsung will also unveil the Galaxy Buds Pro truly-wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation, as well as the Galaxy SmartTag Bluetooth object tracker - a direct competitor to the popular Tile trackers and a getting a head start on Apple's AirTags.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra is the heir apparent to Samsung's flagship crown. It will bring a number of improvements over the Galaxy S20 Ultra, like a screen with a variable refresh rate (up to 120Hz) and QHD+ resolution, a new 10x periscope camera, another 3x telephoto sensor, new and improved 108MP sensor and S Pen support.

The Galaxy S21 and S21+ will be similar to their predecessors with mostly unchanged triple cameras, slightly bigger batteries and new, faster processors. Unlike last year's Galaxy S20 lineup, only the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a curved, QHD+ display and glass rear panel, while the Galaxy S21/S21+ will have flat 1080p displays without variable refresh rate (so either 60Hz or 120Hz), and plastic rear panels.

All three devices will use a Snapdragon 888 processor in the US and Korea and the Exynos 2100 everywhere else.

We'll be covering the event so stay tuned!

Man no charger no earphones and same price. THey excluded accesorize worth at least 250 bucks and kept the price. And GSM Arena people said the price is same like year ago. It cant be same if the phone is 250 bucks more expensive.
