The Lenovo Tab P11 Pro has officially arrived in India. The premium model was originally unveiled all the way back in September 2020, alongside the kid-friendly Tab M10 HD Gen 2.

Starting tomorrow, February 14, customers in India will be able to pick up the Tab P11 Pro for INR 44,999 in either Slate Grey or Platinum Grey from Amazon, Flipkart and Lenovo's website. There is also an optional keyboard attachment that can be had for INR 9,999. Or, in the first 30 days after the launch, the pair can be bought together, on promo for a total of INR 49,999. No word yet on pricing and availability of the other optional accessory - the Precision Pen 2. The Apple Pencil competitor with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity should hit shelves shortly as well.

As a quick reminder, the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro has a rather interesting set of specs on offer. On the one hand, its Snapdragon 730G chipset, paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 expandable storage don't exactly scream "bleeding-edge" premium offer. However, a valid argument can be made that these are still a perfectly-valid and sensible pairing with the real star of the show here - the 11.5-inch, 2,560 x 1,600 OLED display, capably of pumping-out 500 nits of brightness and certified for Dolby Vision, HDR10 support, as well as 100% sRGB coverage. It even has a TÜV Rheinland-certified Lenovo Eye Care mode as icing on the cake. A gorgeous panel through and through.

Lenovo is clearly banking big on the multimedia capabilities of the device, hence the included JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos and a 3.5mm audio jack. Video calls should also be a breeze thanks to a dual mic array, with a smart voice mid-field DSP, accompanying a pair of 8MP selfie cameras. You also get 4G LTE and dual-band Wi-Fi as network connectivity options. Plus, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS and a USB Type-C port.

All of this fits inside a 264.3 x 171.4 x 6.9mm aluminum alloy body, which tips the scale at 485 grams, while housing a pretty big 8,600mAh battery, with QuickCharge 3.0 support. The Tab P11 Pro ships with Android 10 out of the box, but Lenovo says that an Android 11 OTA update is coming soon.
