Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G will indeed have an Exynos 2100 in certain markets

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G has the same chip as the Galaxy S21 series, but up until now, we assumed that only meant the Snapdragon 888. However, the S21 FE 5G will indeed have an Exynos 2100 in certain markets as well.

One such market is Australia as revealed by retailer Harvey Norman's product listing. It clearly says the Exynos 2100 is powering the phone.

Samsung is traditionally mum on the specifics of the chipset in its official pages.

I bought the S21 FE with exynos 2100 (Indonesia). I'm having overheating problem using videocalls and social media apps. I was going for the Xiaomi 12 (SD 8 Gen 1). Would I be better off buying that instead of this S21 FE?

This article didn't age well because it has Snapdragon 888 practically everywhere.
