Motorola Edge 30 moves a step closer to launch as it gets NBTC certified

Motorola unveiled the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered Edge 30 Pro last month, and it will soon follow up with a vanilla model that has been NBTC certified.

The Motorola Edge 30 is listed on NBTC's website with model designation XT2203-1, but the Thai certifying authority doesn't reveal its specs.

However, thanks to Geekbench, we know the Motorola Edge 30 will come with the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC and run Android 12 out of the box. The unit that passed through Geekbench had 8GB RAM onboard, but there could be other RAM options that are yet to be confirmed.

The rest of the Motorola Edge 30's specs are unknown, but more details about it are likely to surface in the coming days.
