Why shouldn't I want fast charging? I am buying a new phone so I want new features. Why don't we use those 2.5w chargers that used to come with 2000 phones, thag too can charge it, in 10 hours.

you dont need to spend another $6 to get fast charging unless if you want to charge your phone in a rush...

Problem is that this one is a Sub 10k device in India. And most probably chances are you didn't have a fast charger with your old phone. So you would need to spend an additional 500 rs.
