OnePlus 10T OTA is rolling out in India with Jio 5G support

OnePlus has starter seeding the latest OxygenOS 12 A.10 update package to OnePlus 10T devices in India. The firmware version for the new OTA is CPH2413_11_A.10, and you can check the release noted below.
System
- Updates Android security patch to 2022.10.
- Optimizes the performance scheduling and improves system fluency.
- Fixes the occasional crash.
Network
- Optimizes Wi-Fi stability and improves network experience.
- Optimizes communication stability.
- Adds Jio to support 5G network.
Display
- Optimizes the screen display effect.
The new update brings support for Reliance Jio's 5G service (JioTrue5G), which has been expanding rapidly throughout the country. Also on the list of changes - October security patches for the phone.

So they have to enable support for each provider? What about phones bought outside India, will they also receive this update?
