Samsung Galaxy F14 runs Geekbench with its Exynos 1330 chipset

Samsung’s Galaxy F-phones are a regional series that is closely related to the M-phones and this upcoming entry-level device is no exception – the Samsung Galaxy F14 recently appeared on the Google Play Console, which revealed that it uses the Exynos 1330 chipset. This phone has now surfaced in the Geekbench 6 database as well with that exact chip.

The Exynos 1330 is part of Samsung’s next-gen chips along with the 1380. This is a 5nm chip with a pair of Cortex-A78 cores (2.4GHz) and six A55 (2.0GHz), plus a Mali-G68 MP2 and a 5G modem. It supports FHD+ displays at up to 120Hz, up to 108MP cameras, 4K @30fps.

The Galaxy F14 won’t make full use of its capabilities, the phone is shaping up to be quite similar to the M14. Based on leaked renders, the only major change is the removal of the 2MP depth sensor (not a huge loss, plus the 2MP macro camera will remain on board, cool, right?).

The F14 is expected to have a 6.6” (or 6.5”) LCD with 90Hz refresh rate, a 50+2MP rear camera setup plus a 13MP selfie camera. It will be powered by the aforementioned Exynos 1330 that is equipped with up to 6GB of RAM (as seen in the Geekbench scorecard), as well as a large 6,000mAh battery. The M14 only supports 15W charging, but there is a chance that the F14 will go up to 25W (the M13/F13 both had 6,000mAh/15W batteries).

This will be a dual-SIM phone as you can tell from the support page on Samsung India (there is an identical page on Samsung Bangladesh too). The colorways will carry names like “GOAT Green” and “B.A.E. Purple” (hello, fellow kids).

The Samsung Galaxy F14 will launch with Android 13/One UI 5.0 out of the box and should receive 2 OS updates and 4 years of security patches. The phone is expected to start at ₹18,500. That’s the same MSRP as the Galaxy A14 5G (which has slightly different hardware), the M14 isn’t available in India yet. The Galaxy F13 launched at ₹12,000 last year, though that was a less capable 4G-only phone.
