Watch the Oppo Reno10 series' Indian debut here

Yordan, 10 July 2023

The Oppo Reno10 series arrived internationally earlier this month, and now India is also getting the phones. The event is taking place today, July 10, at 12 PM local time (06:30 UTC) and there is a live stream to follow the launch.

The promo images suggest one of the phones on stage will be the Oppo Reno10 Pro+ with its Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, 100W SuperVOOC charging and a 64 MP telephoto camera with periscope lens and 3x optical zoom.

The other phone pictured could be the international version of the Reno10 with an Ice Blue panel on the back, but the color might also be available on the Reno10 Pro. Both devices have a 6.7” AMOLED screen and the same camera island, so we cannot be entirely sure what does Oppo India have up its sleeve.

We will follow the event, and once everything is confirmed, we will be ready with pricing and availability.

These phones do seem overpriced but also a telephoto lens isn't useless and if you do want performance, there's iqoo neo 7 pro with 8+ gen 1. I think the Chinese Reno 10 Pro was much better with dimensity 8200

That price's horrible for a phone with snapdragon 778g and dimensity 7050. If they hadn't put that useless periscope lens, they could've been able to improve the chipset.
