The iPhones are now shipping and our iPhone 15 Pro Max arrived as well! So here's an unboxing as we start reviewing this technological beast. Lucky us, we got the Natural Titanium, which looks as unique as a phone can these days. Apple says it takes 14 hours to make and it's a nice mix of silver and light copper. It also looks and feels different from the shiny razor-edged iPhone Pros of the past. It's softer to the touch but more importantly, it's noticeably lighter as well.

The phone's frame has a subdued, almost matte finish. The new USB-C port looks nearly identical to the old one. On the other hand, the new Action button, which replaces the mute switch is noticeably different. It's a small tactile little button, but on the big Pro Max, it feels a bit high. It's in the wrong place to be comfortable as a shutter for the camera.

Upfront the iPhone 15 Pro Max is indistinguishable from the old one, titanium frame aside. The display size and specs are identical, but those were already up there with the best.

We're hard at work to bring you the full review of the iPhone 15 Pro Max and we're happy to report that it's coming this week!
