reply to ramya.this phone has specified speakers for listening a music and to recieve a call,so the voice leakage is not seen in this phone

Hi everyone! I just bought the Nokia 110 earlier today (29 June Manila standard time). I bought this to upgrade from the X1-01 as I've been waiting for Nokia to release a dual-sim phone with at least a decent music player, bluetooth and some other nice features. Let me talk about the design first. I bought the cyan version of the phone. It looks fresh and very Nokia. I like the matte finish of the plastic with glossy sides. The rubber keymat is a lot more comfortable compared to the X1-01's keypad. I can text again even without looking at the phone. Texting is very comfortable and no mis-types. The navigation pad looks nice. I'm expecting the silver to either fade or peel off (just like when I had a Nokia 6270 and Nokia 5130 in the past). The screen is fair enough for a budget phone but suffers a lot outdoors under the sun.
Now let me discuss the music player. It runs well when you browse through songs, artists and albums, not fast and not slow either. I love the fact that compared to the X1-01, the volume output (headset connected) is a lot louder although I'd say the quality of the sound produced by the X1-01 is better than the 110. I used my Shure SE530 earphones (I currently use it for my iPod Classic) when testing but I prefer to pair the 110 with my Kicker PhenomTalk in-ear earphones. Sound quality is decent (I have an 8GB microSD card filled with 128kbps mp3's). Another edge the 110 has over the X1-01 is that you can create playlists (compared to just 1 playlist with 100-song limit in the X1-01).
I won't discuss the camera (I'm using my Samsung Galaxy SII - my main phone) as the 110 only serves as my SMS phone (I have Sun Cellular and Globe sim cards inserted).
That's all for now. I'd give the Nokia 110 8 out of 10 stars. Nice work, Nokia.

I heard this phone doesn't have any usb connectivity. Can I use this phone as an internet modem for my pc through bluetooth? I want to confirm it before buying? Someone please provide me the info...

Anonymous, 25 Jun 2012We cant set ringtone RIGHT!! ??? does anyone tell meyou can set ringtone, just open settings and then profiles . choose personalise and change ringtone As others say you cannot use .mp3 as ringtone, I have tried and I got mp3 ringtone set in this mobile. so this is just a confusion. Its like c1 01, and you can do all the basic things...

i b... morejust updated my battery life
i manage it for 3 - 4 hours for heavy texting (50/day), some call (25mnt/day), light browsing (5mnt a day), light radio (15mnt a day), no music playing.
