I always try to update myself with the latest smartphone but this kind of phone is hard to dispose since it's a life saver during long travel and emergencies. My friends used to brag their latest smartphone but when my place had experienced flooding and power cut for days, they've realized how valuable a simple phone with long battery life is while they were begging to use my old Nokia X1-01 just to reach their families and friends from far away places.

I wanna ask, y Nokia is not adopting the latest technology and y making these outdated phones. I bought this phone 3 days back and today during an incoming call phone was ringing but its screen was black, only sound was there. its a heave phone compared to other brands, extra strain on eyes due to low resolution small screen.

Yaeah!, 26 Oct 2012I am owner of 2690. 2690 has microUSB port, EDGE Class 10, ... morebetter opt for nokia c1-02...its the best in its price category...and long lasting battery too!

Hi guys, owners of 112 pls tell me these things:
1. Goto menu>settings>configuration>personal configuration>add new> is there anything about "Streaming settings" ??
2. As it has "Blutooth" so it should be conectd to Nokia PC Suite via blutooth, and as it is conectd, it Must be used as a modem, isnt it?
3. I knw its VGA camera is useless but 112 is the best set at ths price point for its huge 1400mAh battery, dual sim dual standy, EDGE, 32GB microSDHC card support, ok quality music player, JAVA MIDP 2.1 etc.
4. So whats about Streaming settings?
