If you have a contact in Germany, get it delivered in Germany by the e-bay seller and then get it shipped through your contact to India. My phone is getting delivered tomorrow in Germany then I would get it shipped from there but get ready to pay atleast 1.5k more as compared to what you would get it for in India most probably by Diwali'13.

This phone is available now but only in Germany and Taiwan. Minimum price is around 70 Euro.

Guys nokia 207 is a best mobile for IT people and mnc peoples because there is no camara and its having all the specifications old peoples are not able to use smartphones and you must know all are not able to buy smartphones thanks for nokia team
