However, before you actually run around to service the phone, try using another memory card. It may be the card that is faulty.

My nokia 215 is having memory card folder showing issue.. I contacted microsoft support centre they asked me to replace the handset from the retail shop from where i purchased it because nokia 215 is non serviceable device in tamilnadu and so i have to replace. I went to retail shop but they are refusing to replace it and asking me to go to local nokia service centre. When i again contacted microsoft support centre, they r asking me not to go nokia service centre & asked me to replace it in retail shop. Microsoft support executive said that if the retail shop owner refuses means they will file a complaint against the shop. I am really confused.
Can anyone help me. What i have to do now? Whether to go to nokia service centre or to tge retail shop? Please someone help me

I lost my nokia 215 phone in my home and now it switch off because I think the batter empty there is any way I can found it by sending massage to active the alarm or any way to let him send sound ?
