Dear screen scratchers living in the future, I agree that smartphones are quite smart and YOU CAN do a lot of things with them; BUT Don't forget that someone just needs a small, light and long lasting equipment like Nokia 222 called Phone because he needs to phone and to receive some calls without charging the unit once a day. Immagine that some people is incredibliy able to live without checking posts or SMS for several hours or even days. Isn't it amazing ? It's really incredible that such people still can exist !!!

We are idiots, when we buy a 20$ 1990 vintage set, lying n store inventory with Nokia. Taken over as junk status! Selling price in 3rd world countries for 47$ is stupid. Its no better than 215, fraction of improvement, this is encashing Nokia name, when iron is still hot. Volume, Camera, internal are primitives.

While cleaning Nokia's office, they found some cartons, full of Nokia 222. So they decided to sell this as a new model. That's all.

Nothing new here .
Nokia officially died since 2010.
This phone is good for 1999 specifications however we are now in 2015 not living in 90's anymore.
