The phone has a cheapo keypad.. worst for ppl who sms frequently. The phone displays horizontal line randomly, so i cant get the customer care ppl to look into it. The moto C168 has much better keypad and screen.

I bought a 2626 in April but within a month, I noticed that it goes off on its own even during a call, but especially while I'm browsing the menu. What's the possible cause(s) and solution?

Can backlight of this phome be switch off...with present features only contrast can be lowered..is there any software or any other method to swith off the backlight....plz help
