rock D, 19 Dec 2009Nokia 2680 slide is good, i just pick one for my wife.This device is good,esp.its features even though haven't enough phone memory..it is useful too,because of its application,like operamini..also games,etc.. I wish that this phone had a MMC someday..and increase its features. :)

I got mine Nokia 2680 slide 12 months ago, everything is fine speaker is solid, nice call quality but memory is the problem. Does someone knows is it possible to install a slot for a memory card? Please help.

i hate this phone i told my mum to get it for me and she bought it in Dubai but the memory is so small and it doesnt use memory card

I got mine this year and i'm so disappointed about it.
First off all the phone has not so much memory. I only have 1 song and now i'm forced to delete my photos so that i can download another song 4 me. Sometimes it even switches off, don't know why.

I got mine in Belgium and i'm so disappointed about it.
First off all the phone has not so much memory and when you got 3000 sms in your inbox, the phone is gonna work very slowly and gets stuck all the time.
second off all when you try to remove all your sms in your inbox it goes like deleted:1(20 seconds later) 2 ...
if i knew this from the start i would never bought it, sometimes you just wanna trow this one away.
to call with is this gsm perfect i never had any complains about calling with this one.
So my advice: Don't buy this one if you send alot of sms.

While I was in Dubai, I bought Nokia 2680 slide made from India. When I brought it to USA the roaming facility did not work anymore. I was then advised that the unit should be a triband type for the roaming facility to work. We checked from Nokia website with regard to the specifications and found out that it is indeed only a dualband. Is there any alternative to have the roaming facility to work other than changing the unit? I would appreciate if anybody out there could help solve my problem.
