I'm using this model since Feb.one thing i can say ... its a best budget phone I've ever seen. u can get almost everything such a low price.

I would like take video recording for more than 5 min.

U stand the risk of loosing all your application including radho, media player, browser, and lots of ur installed appz. It happened to me. Am at a loss now all my data is gone after updating to 9.8.

And for those who haven't updated still, don't update your firmware, nokia is not providing us with upgrades but downgrades, so its better to stick with the firmware you have. I had updated to 9.95 and lost screensaver and music player super slow. So don't update.

I had this phone for over a month now and I can say that it's great so far. Camera is decent, acoustics are not bad but slightly lower than what I expected. The great boost here is the 3.5mm jack, and that it can take apps that are more than 1mb, unlike other s40 phones I've tried that barely run a 1 mb app. But the bigger boost for me is that it can take the videos I converted with a custom profile, by custom I mean very high quality for mobile format. The only thing I dislike here is the keypad. The keypad is very annoying to use especially when speedtyping. There is also a lack of volume control which is a bother. And the headset that comes with it is complete trash, I had to buy tons of headphones just to find the perfect one, so far I'm using a TDK noise cancelling headphones and a TDK in-ear headphones. And now I'm considering in buying a Monster Beats headphones.

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2010i just bought this fone some days back... its the BEST thin... moreI was reluctant to buy this fone after reading the users' opinions abt this set. But after a review of this with my friend I bought this cell few days ago. Honestly speaking, its really awesome. Very user friendly as Nokia do. I am fond of texting and send daily almost 250 sms and this cell is wonderful for that wid comfortable keypad.
-ve is its camera result and no flash light with no night mode.
Overall its awesome.
Go for it. especially for those who want low budget quality fone.
Note: Plz post honest opinions like me, it costs nothing and plz plz Dont betray the users..

Its good to use with confortable key pad but have no night mode option, m using the same..

Very good phone and sound is equal to 5130..but camera a bit dull ...It is a very good budget phone
