please tell me details of data cable (cord) of 2700 so that i can buy it seperatly ...which is the greatest draw-back of this phone overall rating ,the phone is good and the features are really more than its price tag .okkay i agree with the camera quality is poor but the battery back-up is ausome (2 days) . for me on daily using 2 hours of gprs and normal cals of 3 hrs ..... perfect for students and lovers

hey angel, i think that problem has to be solved with your service provider, its not your phone. maybe if you go to settings -> configurations-> activate your default settings, and also activate your default settings in all apps.

+ good java support, like other nokia phones

please help me..i'm having a big problem on this mobile phone. all applications which use web connection to be connected like opera mini, ebuddy etc...don't connect! in fact, i have all my internet settings such as wap and web, i have even update the software, flash the phone etc... but the problem persists. however, the wap connection functions well, but only the web connection is not connecting. why?

Downsides i have faced so far... moreHi... you just have to go to the Messaging >> email >> Option >> disconnect .to stop the GPRS connection.
you haven`t to tunr off the mobile .

I bought my Nokia 2700 classic handset in August 2009. Voice quality problems started rather soon after purchase. There was slight scratching and broken voice in both incoming and outcoming calls. The phone also felt hot in the pocket at times, obviously when it contacted the network. Then memory card holder broke and I took the phone back to dealer. First service round took four weeks after which memory card holder was repaired but voice quality problems continued. I sent the phone to service again, after another two weeks in service it was exactly as before, they just had updated the software, which they already did in the first round. After third service round and in total 10 weeks without a phone I paid for, Nokia swapped my phone to a new one. I talked to warranty department in Finland and they did not take any responsibility just quoting the service matters being service internal issue and not offering any compensation fro the unjustified long service time and poor customer service. I was happy with my replacement phone one evening, the it clitched, display went white and after removing battery it was stone dead. Back to the dealer and fourth service round, this time lasting two weeks only. I received my third Nokia 2700 classic today, warranty department does not answer my call requests any more. Hope the quality has experienced a quantum leap between my second and third phone but am afraid the farce will go on. You can probably independently decide whether the phone is worth buying, I cannot recommend it much.

Its Excellent Phone from Nokia. Music & Picture clarity is good. But the camera is not so good. Battery backup is also good.

Overall, the phone is good.
Downsides i have faced so far are:
1) Alarm - No auto power option. The phone should be on to avail this feature.
2) GPRS Connection - After checking email and exiting it wont disconnect the GPRS connection. It remain connected. No key assigned to disconnect it. Have to turn off the phone.

they are selling the windows phone for 6-7000 ub mumbai
