i didnt liked one thing in this fone..
that is, if u want to hear any ringtone then it'll be played from music player and not direct and all the old playlist would clear from music player..

For all who want to turn the [E] icon off, after having it turned off in setting > connectivity > packet Data - use only when needed, you also try turn off ovi contact?! Hop it will helps

just bought this phone and having prob with the mms services.
it only can be send sometime.
then it will only in outbox.

pavan, 23 Dec 2009i am using this phone right now and believe me phone is rea... moreso u r one happy owner of 2700. i heard things like poor visual, difficult keypads, etc.. how about you?!! and can we use yahoo messenger on it?!! facebook?!!

After updat the nokia 2700C to V 07.80 you can add nokia maps icon to ( GO TO ) key > Options >select options > and then mark the Maps
Are there any other problem ?
you can know the version using (*#0000#)

when you update nokia 2700C to v 07.80 the nokia maps icon will move to the (organizer).
and the ringing lights will be more beautiful than before .
so that the nokia maps will stay after softwere update

don't bye this one....the graphics is so poor..
there is a lot of cellphone that is better than this one but they have same price

The "E" sign will dissappear and will appear only when u connect to internet. The "E" sign indicates that ur phone is in EDGE network and when in GPRS network it will show "G" sign.

I'm comparing this phone with 5130 but i find that 2700 is much better

When I connect to internet there is a square around E,
When I stop using internet the square around E disappears but E remains its same as ->when we switch on bluetooth the icon B appears ,but when the bluetooth is paired with some device you see (B).
But in my case E never disappears.
What do u think is the problem?
Defective mobile?or something else

Are you sure that the (Pocket data) are set
(When needed)if it is (Always Online) the E icon will stay .
Did you try to (rest factory setting)you can do it using (*#7780#)
