KUPPI BAI , 09 Sep 2009 bought 15 days back at planet-m.- pycrofts garden road,... more hi just to help you out, i would reccomend you to contact telecomunication industry obudsman resolution centre i dont know if that is avaiable in your country but in aust it is they give you refrence number and phone number to contact the provider or seller who sold you mobile and if you, call them give them that refrence number so they have to resolve problem for 10 days if they dont then there is step 2 it more legal step to help customers who experience difficulty with sellers or their providers or telefone company good luck i tried my best to help you regards

and decent sound clarity

we always want the mobile with camera, mp3, bluetooth, and all other facilities. but wherever we go if we want a best piece then the cost is also above7000 which is beyond a common man's reach so according to the range which is near 5000 the phone has excellant qualities in it i think it is the best

I suppose to buy 2700 but the moht publicity of such cell phone didnt recon me for the same.hence i prefer to buy another one .need advise for the good nokia model no.thnx .rohit

hey last day my mother bought this mobile for Rs 4400 and it had a 1GB memory card included(including pre-loaded 50 bollywood songs).they do not mention this in the sites.

bought 15 days back at planet-m.- pycrofts garden road, chennai 600 006--vendor told about more sepcific matters -2 years warranty, replacement on service period with another mobile and forced to buy- i objected several time and they never showed another model and forced to buy. 3rd day--the camera not working and went personally to the vendor (planet-m) and shown they told virus affected and format to be done and also told that facility is not with them. went to browsing centre virus removed and formatted te mobile but not the condition was same as before and again went to the vendor -told ourselves put down and water went inside and go to nokia service centre. but i said the service also to be done by them only and handed over to the person who sold this and told service time was 10 days and the old mobile (worth 1000 rupees against my 4800 rupees mobiles as replacement. today the 17th day when i was enquired they told it will take one more week. why we should treat like this with these mobile people. what to do? with this mobile? i want to get new mobile on the replacement of this repair mobile? to whom to contact please let me know.
