N Choudhury, 01 Feb 2009Is the GPRS and EDGE class are fast enough i.e. latest one.... moreI'm not sure whc is latest...S-60 is based on C++ and S-40 on java...S60 is for smartphones, they require programs to be installed before they can be run...in S40 u dont have to install softwares...they can be run directly...S60 are more advanced and can be used for multitasking but they can also get very slow at times and require frequent formatting for keeping it fast just Windows

Any antivirus requ... moreyes u can install 3rd party software...the phone is based on series-40(S-40) which is java based and there are plenty of free softwares and games for this... So far no one has released an antivirus for java based phones...they are less prone to virus attacks than smartphones that run on S-60 or windows mobile...

So in my opinion this model will only cost whats said...

This phone is said to be offered at a mouth-watering price of Rs. 4200 but I think it will not be less than Rs. 7500.
Still I'd like to wait for this phone.
