What will be the price / if it costs around just 100 US $ (4800 Rs.) only then I will buy it. as it's a just GSM Quad-Band phone.. with nothing much.. just A-GPS support.

We don't know the actual cost of Nokia 2710 Navigation Edition but if it costs around 150 $ , then one should buy Nokia 5230 or Nokia 5235.
C5 will also support GPS but it's price is not clear as of now.

I think this is a killer phone because the price and the GPS capabilities, especially for free turn by turn navigation apps like Waze or Ovi Maps.

However, you can track them if they register to be tracked via a 3rd party service provider. They also need to authorise you to be able to track them.
