Thanks Dsavd again, can you or someone also post a message here stating what the quality of the colour screen is like. Does it display photos well or is best only for graphics. Thanks in advance!

Firstly, this fone is da best value one there is. Second, this fone does have poly ringtones but they is only 4 channel (instead of c100's 40) so they dont sound very good. No it doesnt have a voice recorder function, so if u need that u should check out the siemens m55 that can record 4 nearly 9 minutes with its double memory

Whass happenin' can someone who already owns this mobile phone post a message here stating whether the Nokia 3100 has polyphonic ringtones or not. As well as this i also wanted to know whether it has a voice recorder and whether it suffers from slow-downs when reading the inbox like the 8310. Basically im looking for a 8310 but with a colour screen and polyphonic ringtones. I dont need the fancy extras like the Infra-red port. Thanks to the person who answers my question in advance! i appreciate it!

I dont understand why Nokia's
GPRS phones dont come in with a html browser! Today's service providers are able to provide complete internet access. If you possess a NOkia handset, you are crippled and restricted to a laptop.

Ths phones been great ... although the phone data given on this site is'nt too accurate, as the memory is much more than 350kb thats stated here(actually around 750kb.. as much as the 6610,6100).

Good Phone compared to 6100/6610/7210, it has most of the same features plus additional picture phone book, brighter LCD, SMS distribution lists, Chinese lunar calendar, etc...best of all and it is cheaper. If you think of buying 6610/6100/7210, might as well buy this odel. Cheap and good. Thanks.

its a great fone comparing 7210 and 6100. quite economical with lots of features including picture phone book.
negative features are only the ring tones. the melody does not mix properly and sometimes different tones are heard seperately in one music.
secondly, screen is big but only for games. pictures can't be seen on full screen. comparing with M55 Siemens, M55 is better than it (although slower than 3100) but its melodies are good and has full screen option which has its own charm.

I have played around with this phone because they sell it where i work, and i have to say its not bad. The screen is very clear and as allways Nokia have made the menu simply and easy to use which i believe is one of the reasons why Nokia are such a hit. There are all the basic features with a little bit more, the colour screen is very clear and the buttons have almost this squeezy feel to it which is nice. I would have to point out that i am not of the Nokia fan club but for a basic phone this does well. Although i dont know if this design is for everybody.

This phone might fool you from the outside. But its definitely powerpacked in terms of features.A good value indeed, outshines 6100.

As a budget phone this one is good value. Built in handsfree, JAVA games and colour screen are just some of the good features. Add on the camera and it is a great cheaper option than say a 7250.
