So that confirms the Nokia 3.1 (or Nokia 3 (2018)) is already in testing and should arrive shortly. Sadly, nothing else is currently known about the device, but we expect more details to appear sooner than later.
Recently three new Nokia phones recently received certifications in Russia. It's difficult to say whether they are the Nokia 5.1, 3.1, and 2.1 at this point, but we'll be on the lookout for more information.
Meanwhile, HMD has re-confirmed its commitment to providing the Android P update to its Nokia 5 (2017) and Nokia 6 (2017) smartphones. HMD's CPO Juho Sarvikas assured that these devices will get the latest Android OS version.

The 450 or 460 might be in the 5 2018 unless that gets a 625 which would be great.

You are all wrong. Google pixel phones gets the update after Nokia even if Nokia has 2 years of update.
