I find in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) firmware Upgrade for nokia 3230. they have firmware v 4.0526.2 and v 4.0537.0 ...wich is the best? my firmware now is 3.0505.2..help me pls...
Can 3230 run with 1gb rs-mmc?

Is there any video player .sis wich can play this video formats: .mp4, .mpeg, .avi, .mpg from phone? help me pls.
I need and a program to put password to any folders....and when I need to open these folders...i want to prompt for password...is there any program for smartphone? like folder guard for PC....

alkon.. so with these firmware is it possible to get the sound of the ringing and the mp3 loud ? these firm ware costs arnd how much ? and where do i exactly get it?

i own this phone, bought it few months ago..
it's a great phone with excellent features..
sure i've got nothing to complain about except for the sound it produces especially with its MP3 player feature..anyway, i heard that many firmwares had been released to improve it, but looks like more effort is needed since many customers doubted its stability..

Hé Guys, don't judge this phone for what it is not a luxury toy. It though is a Great solid tool for those often on the road.

hey all i have buoght this mobile for 3 week and was sux as the ringtone was quite low and the volume can't reduce but after i upgrade the firmeware in the care center to version v4.0526.2 everything going better and loved the phone more much now the sound is good and everything working fine without any problem

I have bought this phone recently , but i dont know how to record voice for long time az any format . I would be grateful if anybody could guide me.

I bought this phone in September, and since then it is running fine. I would rate it moderate and a very good hand piece for ppl who are always on the go.
Battery life is quite good ( as with all Nokia phones )
the display is big and photo quality is OK. I would def rate erricson and samsung D600 as much above this.
great adv is that it has an expandable memry.
lots of other fns such as video editor, real pplayer and a good keyboard structure. Browsing through the menu is slow..thts the only dis i found till now. the phone has a rich look ( i mean it looks quite mature, if you compare with fashion items such as samsung D500 or Siemens Sl75 )..
in the end.. A good buy.

I'm planning to buy this fone but I don't know if it's all worth it. hmmm... i've seen many negative reviews lately but I hope it will not interfer me.

In nokia 3230 it has 1.2 mega pixels but in specifications there is written that it has 1.3 mega pixels camera...but it is such abest phone...

hi TC i need to upgrade firmware for my 3230 plz help me with this. Let me know if i can do it by myself as i expect lil help form my phone dealer n if i can upgrade it my self then how? I know u might have xplained it earlier but need to know. Also wot exactly is the firmware? any kinda software ugrade?

This is a great phone after all. With great functions, more important is value for $$$. Remember! it just a mobile phone don't criticize too much.

LOL!! THE K700i is a better fone?? LOL!! Man the k700i is pathetic than this fone! Only 0.3mp while this fone is 1.3mp, no memory expansion slot, Poor battery life, the camera sound is annoying and there is no way of muting it.. Joystick is poor.. And the buil-in memory sucks just 41mb that can store 8 mp3 and also assuming u have no other java files, photos and videos.. And u have the guts to say this fone is poor?? What is the matter with u? Need a medical checkup?? Maybe that u cannot afford this fone and u currently own the K700i and u feel upset so u start ditching bout this great fone!!

This phone sux man! Its heavy than a hammer. its function is almost useless, flash light also dont have i rather buy K700i then this fugging phone!!!
