Nokia can make good low end phones but if you want to experience a bugless nice phone, high end phone it can never be any nokia, tried all their high end phones, battery life, screen clarity, software ompatiblility and sync ability remain an issue besides radio capability and noise in pictures are still very big issues. Try treo or Sony

which is better nokia 6230i or this 3230?
uhmm..
for me, the design,
3230 is great because it also has a large screen...
but i think,
the mp3 player in 6230i is stereo..
so its really louder than this 3230...

uhmm,
batman, i have already installed smartmovie b4, but i think it just plays videos with .avi formats, because when the smartmovie scans for video files, it cant detect .3gp files...
anyway, is there any VIDEO PLAYER for the phone where i could play all video formats, for example, .avi, .rm, .wmv, all video formats,...??!

Try installing SmartMovie, you'll appreciate watching full screen and it doesn't pause. Okay 'to p're!

philipino guy,,,i had that experiance on video on 7610 and swapped it for 6630 while had chance and thats cured it.Now i have videos working fluently and spun thru 90 degrees in widescreen.My vids on 7610 played for 47 seconds then paused for a while then played for 15 seconds,paused then played for 15 seconds and so on.

im having a problem with my phone because when im using the camera phone it takes 7-8 seconds for saving the picture and the whole process, as for other phones it just takes 3-5 seconds.. when im using the PHOTORITE camera, it just takes 3-4 seconds, is my phone having problems...?? or its really normal..???
hope you could give advice guys!
and how can i clean the screen, because its full of dust...???
the volume is very soft...i really cant hear it when im in noisy places, but other phones lyk 7610 & 6670, its much more louder...
the video, its ok! but sometimes, in my phone while im watching a video, it hangs for about 2-4 seconds, then continues again...

Dear Guys,
I'm going to buy a new handset for summer; and I'm really confused;
I don't know is it better to buy a non-smart device(like SE k750) with a higher price, or buying a smart one like 3230.I know benefits of smart phone,though the speed rate is very low and it has it's specific problems.On the other hand,I'm sure K750i is almost a perfect mobile phone.but it's not capable of installing application, etc.please somebody help me.

Try listening to FM, I'm sure you'll appreciate the stereo quality.
To Koko about Bugs,
Unless Nokia will do something about the bugs... it will stay there forever. If you buy after 1 year, you'll be outdated but price will be cheaper.
To undecided Rupi,
If you want customizing your phone, buy 3230. If want "plug & play", buy 6230.
To Confused,
You read all bugs on this forum because it's where they post problems... and ask help. Believe me, this phone is rigid, with a metalic frame, FM stereo is nice, display is better than 6630... price cheap!

Is this phone really so jam packed with bugs? Its features made me want soo badly to buy it. But after reading reviews from various websites, i am unsure...

i bought this phone yesterday and so far it's really good. tho it's quite slow but that's normal for smartphones....the problem is the phone's volume is kinda soft....in noisy and busy places like shopping malls u can't really hear when the phone rings but works great in quiet places....the built in mp3 player really really sucks....picture quality is good but video is so so [quite bad also -_- but watchable] the screen is nice..big and bright [doesnt look like 65k color screen] and the themes are great [download ones that is XD] price is reasonable too. i'm actually quite happy with this phone.

jorge-good lamination is the screen protector martin fields or gmask-wrapping around the fone
rupi-if i were u i wld buy 3230. its symbian some kind of smartphone..can install many app.the screen much bigger..but the downside is u cant change the covers easily like 6230 where u can buy almost anywhere n the price is plunging way to fast(maybe ppl complaining it got to much bugs)

Hey this one is absolutely amazing. What more one can ask for. Classy Style and Great Features.Only bug is the display dust that can be taken care of by providing it with a good lamination.I give it THUMBS UP!!

haha. at one glace, i ddin't feel it was a nice fone. but since seeing a singer using tis fone in a music video, it suddenly looked so sleek.. lol. However, it doesn't hav a data cable included in the package n de miserly 6 MB internal memory juz looks so shabby.. mayb bcuz i wan 2 use it as a mini MP3 player. Wells, its cards are also nt cheap
