u shld buy 7710 as it satisfies all ur needs. it is symbian. mp3 stereo , radio , huge screen and everything u want.

dis phone is great!!nokia rules...all the other phones like samsung suk..they should stay in their place and make washing machines..like they did beffore...nokia is the best...i have a 7250i and i`m very proud:)

i want to buy 1 of these fone n6670/n7610/n3230/sek700i, but i'm not decided . can som1 help me? pls!i heard coz n3230 has a problem whith sound(low earfon not making a good contact). SE k700 has a memory of 32mb(41mb)which is litlle for mp3. i dont now eny problems of these 4 fones. pls help me

Mono MP3[ as the review says here]
I was going to buy it but thanks to this review bye bye 3230 you suck
Mono mp3 do nokia consider us stupid to accept listing to mp3 mono look at se or at nokia 6230 it has everything including stereo mp3 but no big screen or symbian, and do any one know if there is a nokia phone with symbian and radio and mp3 stero, at any price I will get it .
So nokia listen to what people want not to what u want to sell!
If any one can answer me i appreciate it

whats this about firmware upgrades it should be bloody working in the first place.nokia has had years of experiance yet still fails in all sorts of areas, say the transducers they had years to get a simple thing like that perfected yet get it so wrong continually.if it was a brand like technics or whoever there products would have been dumped by hifi buffs years ago.Some screens are bad in sunlight,sum are bad at simple radio technology like recieving a call because of signal strength,mono mp3 players and so on its pure junk.this goes for all other firms as well.the nokia 6610i was said to stick like a limpet to the signal ,so why didnt they take heed and keep that as their benchmark gprs signal technology.They chuck out fone after fone of vrtually the same thing in series 60 and we all seem,, in the forums,, if its the next big thing and it isnt it continues to go round in circles,,maybe they shud build roundabouts?????

I believe the 6630 is has faster connections for data transfer due to 3G. It a;so has larger on board memory.
However I would go for 7610 if I wasn't going for the 3230. In my eyes the 3230 is the next big thing, design, spec and performance, an all round winner.
One other thing, I fail to understand Nokia's naming conventions. This is a 3000 phone, and is far better than anything in series 7000

For the record, I've only ever owned Nokia phones, for the last 2 years I've been using the 7650, which to me was the best phone Nokia ever made, stylish with great functionality and tonnes of extras, up to this point the only phones for me which better it are the 7610, 6630 and the 3230, of which I would choose the 3230, as it's better than the 7610, except for memory, yet not as good as the 6630 in many ways, however the 6630, to me, is far too unattractive and bulky.

To compare this to the 3220 is absurd, it's an excellent phone, better looking and smaller than any other smartphones. I can't see why people are knocking it. The same people are going mad over the 7710, whihc is a hugely flawed model.

Well i was very keen to buy this mobile as soon as it would be available here in my city[ which would be abt 2 days i suppose].but after goin thru the review at GSM Arena..I have changed my mind...
THE MAIN DRAWBACKS :
- Mono MP3[ as the review says]
- Bad keypad feedback
- Very BAD Camera quality[ the Images seem to be very rough..when compared to 6630 which has the same 1.3 MP Camera]
- Low ringtone volume
So this is not at the perfect mobile i thought it would be...Very Good on paper, but not so in real life..
Hoping for a better Symbian mobile from Nokia...

It is symbian 7.0s not 6. And the mp3 is mono, but top quality.. so it seems to be stereo, with the headset sounds for both speakers but in mono. Not a big problem for me. All the people who have the 6630 speak badly about this phone... why? maybe de price and the other things it has, like, radio, IrDa, Usb or the size? There isn't a big difference, so, why spend more money?

evenif it maybe mono (Frankly speaking I havent really checkd it bcoz I dont have the datacable or iR to transfer and check the stereo Mp3's whether the output is mono or stereo)
But the phone is fully compatible with Nokia HD3 stereo Headset. that means it has the hardware support only thing it lacks is new s/w since the current s/w they have provided is NOT Symbian 7.0 as per the details shown here but is Symbian 6.0 ?? why why >? even the latest 6600 is coming with Symbian 7.0 why the need to put the old sw maybe for compatibility issues ??
The Battery drains very fast compare to my old Motorola E398 which use to last about 4 - 5 days. but then 3230 is Symbian so I guess battery drain must be usual thing for it.
Overall the phone is very good n solid and WONT give you any crappy plastic sound when you hold it firmly. Please be careful while removing the backcover bcoz it quite tricky how to open
just insert your fingernail at the backdoor opening below the camera lens that would not require extra additional force open the backdoor.
The Phone plays Stereo Mp3 nice !! I m sure if the radio plays stereo thru the headset then sure the Mp3 has to have Stereo playback support But lacks new updated firmware to support it.
I dont find any problems when dealing with the Keypad its small but nicely arranged.
if you have Big large finger DONT EVEN THINK of Buying this phone bcoz then you will have trouble operating it bcoz the keys are somewhat smaller.
The RF is very Good picks signal at places where I previously use to get network problems.
The only downside I found is that NO CD is provided with the package, NO DATACABLE ?
The Earpiece volume is low and also the ringtone volume is also medium even at the maximum setting. Hope they sort out the problems soon in next firmware upgrade.
Overall a great phone good value for your money !!

u know guys the difference bet 6630 & 3230 is radio and 3g suport...i just found that 6630 can support the headset radio so whats the difference now between this 2? so 6630 now is much better bcoz it has stereo mp3 player and stereo radio...so all u guys lukin 4 both stereo mp3 & radio go 4 6630..cheers :)

hie guys,
can someone tell me this N3230 can support up to how many MB using RS-MMC ?
Cuz I planning to buy 1 Gb or 512 MB to put into this phone. I think this phone will be launched around middle of March 2005. That's what I heard from Nokia dealers. The price range will be around RM 1600 - 1900. Not sure about that. It has a lot features and design kinda nice. :)
Any pros and cons abot this hp ? Cuz I wanna get my hands on it. :)
