Man, the whole world doesn't use DOLLARS, there are other countries out there besides the USA you do realise (no, wait you probably didn't).
Why don't you just use a currency converter and figure it out. But I made things simple for you, Rs 17000 is $400USD.

stereo speaker..?? for mp3...?? heyyy wake up guysss...is a mobile phone..if you want a stereo speaker for your mp3 why dont u buy the mp3 player...and one think can u listening the mp3 for all day with your mobile..??? huh..!!!!

there is no such thing as a stereo speaker u need at least 2 speakers one for each channel.

of cours its stereo it haz a pop port for stereo headphones and ewry phone thet has an mp3 player and a radio integrated is stereo

its available in india for 17 grands..check it out..awesome features:price ratio!!....IR port present...not stereo..dual mono...symbian 60 7.0...1.23 pixel camera.(excellent)...black looks good...red is so so...overall a great phone..recommended

Nokia 3230 is available at retail outlets for Rs.20,040. And from small stores at Rs.17,000. Sony incidentally is launching its K750i, D750i, and W800, all at different price points with a 262K screen, radio, stereo MP3 player and 2 MP camera. You should be able to find one that fits your budget. As for Nokia apart from the fact that it doesnt have stereo MP3 player, I dont know much. But I am picking it tomorrow.
