This phone may appeal to the guys. Initially, I went for it 'cause of the function. Unfortunately for me, I didn't realise that I'm more of the design AND function person.
I have sent the phone for repair TWICE and it still has problems now. You're advised to NOT get this phone! STAY AWAY
Its an ugly phone too!

nokia 3230...the amazing phone...very nice, good looking and my best friend in any situation..fun, sport, manly and cool...don't waste your time and money 4 other cell phone..

i have nokia 3230 it is very good but mine till now it has a problem with camera when i open the camera it shows features not supported and i wonder why!

I am a big fan of NOKIA. But now I have changed my opinion. I don't find anything which is good in this phone. Most of the phones have a standby time of about 250 hours. This phone is 150 hours. I gets signal with any phone but not this phone in many areas. MP3, oh they say that it is there. I will not say it to be a MP3.
I am so disappointed after buying this phone that I can't say anything. And to those who say that this is phone and it works well as a phone, I want to know than why not have just a phone with $50 and why invest $200 to have a phone with MP3, camera, visual radio and all that stuff.

I use this phone with 512 memory card from 6 months ago..it's a great phone..20 games, some of application, 10 themes, 100 songs, but my phone still run normally..Thumbs up..

for people who are having problems with the message memory, you should have your phone installed with the application MSVDriveE.. It's an application that automatically allows youto store your messages or any incoming image, mp3, or whatever-- into your memory card. For those who can't find this application, I will be glad to send the installer file to you, just give me your wmail address. And my email address is little_cueto@yahoo.com ok? Just ask for the file.
For people using the memory card readers, it is actually recommended to have wireless connections with your computer (like bluetooth or infrared) or have your phone connected to your computer via data cable. This way there will be less errors... And also, an impotant reminder is PLEASE USE THE NOKIA PC SUITE/ You can download it for free in nokia websites, but if you seem to have problems finding it you may ask me for the file installer of this app. Just mail me in the above email ad. there is som prblm while using memory card, whenever i put new data like songs, pics or apps in memory card by using memory card reader, after inserting back card into phone, my cell show new data in xplorer bt dont run them untill unless i ve 2 restart my phone. same misery is wth installed applications on card
can anyone guide me

3230 does support 1 gig card. It is very lasting. dropped it more then five times. twice drop it from a height above six feet. Amazingly, it is still working

Threre are some problem in my cell, when i strat my mp3 music after 1 or 2 songs my cell is actomatcally scwith off & its restrated ,

ya it can support 1 gb but listen donot put anything in phone memory coz i canbe slow so always put ur data in memory card even messeges and applications if u wanna move ur messeges to card download msdrive its a usefull software u can coustomize ur bluetooth data in memory card go to symbian-freak.com

nokia 3230 mobile is very smartphone.this mobile phone are very rough and tough.i am useing this mobile phone from 1 year.this phone cotained many features like:[1.3mp]camera,video recording,fm radio,gprs etc.

well,i dont know much about ds phone but i would say it is a fantastic stuff.I got 2 know ds set 4rm a frnd and since then,i hve been making moves 2 get mine without minding d price.It has an unbeatable configurations dat freaks me most,but u guys have 2 improve in d following areas 1,loudness[intensity]
