do any body know hwo to re-set nokia 3230 i can recieve call make call by dieling numbers but can not enter my menu,no way to view my contact or measage anything in my menu, any body with solution please send to sunnydaysallways@yahoo.com i'll be very greatfull

raj, your 3230 already infected with virus.
mine also always restarted, checked the memory with AVG antivirus found the virus. removes the virus, then my 3230 restart no more till now.

I am a 6 month user of this phone... i know many friends who having the same below problems
Restarts automatically & frequently...
Poor Mono MP3 player...
slow OS & camera
hangs when accepting calls
i will not recommend anyone to buy this..

I have been using this phone 4 six months now. I have installed many software and games in it but it doesn't hang that much as some of u said.

hi all respected readers,
its me Neo, i have a 3230, she is a good company so far, and i like to use it for years, and life with here is also very comfert, i never felt boring with her attitude, she is nice and well and always ready serve, but the only probe is that she need some time to get started

I think e.g. Nokia 5300 is better if you buy the phone mainly for music. 3230 is a good affordable all around phone. Mine will probably be updated to N95...

really don't buy this phone. My friend has this and its all waste better look 6233 phone. its lovely and working fine for me.

Just bought this phone for USD196 with 512mb memory card.
PROS. user friendly keypad. big screen. average camera. comes with stereo earphone which have good sound quality.
CONS. not very good loudspeaker sound quality. Lags when using quick office to open word,power point or excel.
The sound quality is much clearer if you use the earphone. Dont use the speaker for playing mp3. It doesn't sound good

last 6 months ago im thinking of what to buy between 3230 or 6670... i had a very a hard time thinking on what to but betwwen the two symbian phones... so to help about the problem i had., i read all opinions about the two phones.. in 3230 many users are saying that this phone is absolutely crap.. many errors and firmware problems and in 6670 only the 1mp resolution is its problem when compared to 3230. all are perfect to 6670. is is also a symbian phone which are capable of beong installed a symbian programs. unlike 3230 6670 is not slow. and its perfect the deficiency of 6670 is that it dont have a radio and an infrared. well i dont care a bout the radio thats why i bought 6670. and im not after to the shape of 3230..

Attension everyone this phone is a devil with an angelic look.Dont go 4 its shape its a piece of crap i swear believe me.Dont bye it if u want ur phone for 1:listing mp3 2:watching movies 3:using excessive gprs 4:playing fast 3d ngage games like chaos theory etc. 5:transferring files larger then 5mb 6:changing cover(anytime) 7:run on 120mhz processor with 6mb internal memory(extremely slow 4 a smartphone). Bye it only if u want big screen with stereo fm radio (music player is mono with 16khz output )6630 is stereo with 64khz output. It hangs often restart.Upgrading firmware wont help much.Go 4 6630 instead it gr8 phone runs on 220 mhz processor 3g phone 10mb internal memory really fast awesome music player never hangs easy cover change real player with full screen(not in 3230).Symbian 8.0a 3230 has 7.1.

Good phone good infeatures. But V V SLOW !!! some software problem to be fixed. Some times it reeboots itself !! but if they fix these problems, its a GR8 PHONE !

This phone is very slow and the camera could be better. this phone has a habbit of freezing on me the speakers are crap the 6230i has a loud speaker and is cheaper and better DONT GET THIS PHONE U WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

PPL, i wana remove the default inbuilt game in this phone lik agent, rally etc, I have installed FE explorer but its jus not deleting those files.
