Sorry but i didnt find this feature on my cel.

    Nike:

    3250's sound quality is the same as 6270 when listening thru loudspeaker, but bare in mind dat 3250 has louder, even it has only 1 loudspeaker! (d speaker hole is only one, but we really don't know if d speaker in there is actually one, coz it myt hav 2 speakers by any means..) also, 3250 plays stereo music files in stereo mode when listening thru its loudspeaker (quality of loudspeaker's sound changes when u change d equalizer.)

      another thing viperkid ..does 3250 sound like nokia 6270 wen playing music directly from fone without the earfones ..coz n73 has 3 speaker ....6270 has 2 ..and 3250 only has one !!!!

        viperkid thanks a million for ur reply ..yes money is an issue for me ..so i will prefer o spend less in buying a 3250 than n 73 ..( anyways 3G isnt available in india and wont be for atleast 5 years ) ......and hey tell me shud i buy the black 3250 or the upcoming new white music one 3250 . coz i heard the music one is going to have n91 like earfones !!!!

        where will i get the ps200 earfones in india ..any idea !!!!!

          whew! juz upgraded my firmware using nokia software updater, my firmware is V3.24 now! but as of now, i did not notice much difference except dat my phone became a bit faster! tel ya guys soon, wat r d advantages.. oh yeah, Angel_Jam was right, white balance effect still now working, sigh.. d upgrading session took me approx 1 hour to finish, dat is if ur not using dial-up connection, otherwise, depending on d upgrade SW (coz d 1 i got was a whooping 60.5MB file) so if ur using dial-up it may take u up to 5-7 hours to upgrade ur firmware! my connection is 384kbps.

            if 3G, better video/camera capabilities (auto-focus, flash, mpeg video capture), larger/better screen and infrared r really dat important to u, then i think its worth spending more.. but if i were u (coz im a more music centric dude, and besides i own a stand alone digicam) i'll go and buy 3250 coz of its more affordable price with higher capacity inbox microSD (512mb or 1GB for d new 3250 version) but not vs N73 ME coz dat's a different story which btw wil come with inbox 2GB miniSD! (but for sure it wil b more xpensiv than N73!) re battery, they both use BP-6M so more or less dey hav d same longevity in usage (don't mind d official specs, i.e. N73=6 hrs talktime, 3250=3 hrs..) i hav my 3250 for 7 months and most of d time i only recharge after 2.5-4 days (juz txting, a little music thru loudspeaker, 1-2 hrs listening thru earphones, a bit of bluetooth, seldom gaming, a stroll in d internet but no calls) besides, d new 3250 has d same BP-6M battery too but official specs is 6 hrs too! (probably coz of d new firmware 3.24!?) here's d site:

            it only says up to 3hrs talktime, don't know which of em r true.. both N73 & 3250 r compatible up to 2GB mem card (as of now). re music quality, i can assure u dat N73 and 3250 has d same audio quality (i tested N73 at a nokia store and plugged in my own headphone, transferred a track from my 3250 to N73 via bluetooth and set identical audio settings, equalizer) and found out dey hav d same great audio quality! no difference! i can even say dat to N91 vs 3250, though N91's more than 5 band equalizer, if my memory serves me well, N91 has 9 band equalizer, wil help u make d sound easier to enhance but u can do dat too on 3250 and N73, u just hav to know d right audio/equalizer setting for each brand of earphones u plug in! re loudspeaker, N73 is a bit louder (N73=9.5; 3250=9)

            i recommend sennheiser PX200 (if money is not an issue) or A4Tech MK-620/510/810 if ur on a tight budget! those earphones rock! but if u can afford shure e2c, dat's 1 of d best in-ear type earphones! juz remember, it depends on d earphone u use on ur phone (believe me, a 6230 phone can sound like 3250 or N73, juz plug in d right earphone!) d sound quality r almost d same but d overall consistency of d sound outputted by 6230 is not consistent compared to 3250 and N73 (loud parts sometimes get a bit low on 6230..). also, in case ur thinkin about SE walkman phones, their 'mega bass' thing is juz their marketing strategy, as long as u hav a working equalizer and a great set of earphones, nokia music playing phones can also deliver d same bass quality found on SE phones! here's a fact, SE phones normally comes with a better inbox earphone (coz of sony, obviously) dat's y many perceives dat SE walkman phones r better than nokia xpress music phones or Nseries but in reality its not!

                  do u suggest spending in aprox ( 7000 indian rs ) more in buying a N73 than a 3250 ........

                  i mean camera ia gud of n 73 ..but other than that wat ...is battery of n73 better than 3250 ..and wat abt mp3 !!!!i mean sound quality from both direct fone and thru headfones !!!!!!

                      ok so i installed the game punkwings on my 3250, i created a band, and afterwards it sais "Day 1, Monday", it shows that loading button and stays like that. i can leave it for five hours like that and it won't do anything. did anyone have this problem or does anyone know how to solve it? i am really curious about this game, but if it's not worth it, please tell me :)

                        re: twisting keypad malfunctioning, i highly suggest dat u only buy from an authorized distributor or direct from nokia store to prevent class B 3250 stocks or defective units! never buy from a dealer dat doesn't hav a warranty from nokia. =) btw, i hav 3250 for 7 months now, and d twisting mechanism works 100% u name it, music, camera, phone mode it works perfectly! (i twist d keypad around 2-4 times/3 days)

                        press *#7370# wyl on ur standby screen and press 12345 when asked, it will reformat ur phone and all ur dat wil b erased also ur settings, contacts, msgs so b sure to backup all ur data first before doing it. i hop dat wil solve ur problem

                          yup, u can download anti-virus in 3250 (but as far as i know, as of now, der r no viruses yet for S60 3rd Ed phones like 3250, N80, N91, etc.. so don't worry, but if u lyk to install 1, here it is:

                          though u get a better video recording in N72 (but 3250 takes decent videos in 3gp format coz of d high bitrate e.g. 120-150kbps contrary to most previous nokia smartphones only 60-100kbps) u'll get alot more plus with 3250 than N72 like louder and better sound quality both in loudspeaker and inbox earphones plus d ability to connect ur favorite brand earbuds with 3.5mm jack adapter dat comes with it, plus better software performance (stability, response/speed and assurance of future symbian games to b compatible with 3250 unlike N72 coz its based on 2nd ed S60 phone) plus d fact dat N72 uses reduced sized DV-MMC cards (which normally comes with inbox 128mb only vs. 512mb or 1GB microSD on 3250!) bought format has a max capacity of 2GB but take note dat microSD is faster than RS-DV MMC (especially when u get em full). on camera side, N72 has flash wyl 3250 doesn't but u can use night mode in some cases, well, it really depends on ur preferences, if ur into music go get urself a 3250 but if u lyk a bit better vid recording with a flash on camera but with inferior music features, get N72. but if i were in ur shoes, i'll get 3250! d twisting keypad is really cool! it's like havin a budget N90! =)

                            I have the same problem....but my phone does not restarts....A pop-up appear and it says "Done" and disappeared....nothing else..no info

                                i have a prapaid caid but my 3250 does not show the balance..whenever i press *123# the phone gets restarted like something (blank screen appears)..so what should i do??

                                i have many songs in M4A format but when i see the memory details it shows sound very less then what i have..whats the prob??
                                help me out guys..

                                  the only doubts i am havin are that
                                  1)what are the advantages of 3.24 over 3.21?
                                  2)if i want 2 get 2 the 3.21 then is it available?
                                  3)does it makes the mobile faster or nything?

                                        Trust me, if you think that the turquoise theme is good,then i got some more themes,which after using,you'll forget all about the turquoise and the pearl black themes...Though some of them might not be able to be removed,i can guarantee you that you wont want to!!
