But could you please tell me what OS does the Nokia 6230i work on(as in what series?like the 3250 is series 60 v3)...I tried to find out,but it isn't mentioned on this site.
Will normal JAVA and SIS games work on it?

pls reply fast(a friend wants some stuff and he needs it fast,coz he's leaving my city soon)

I want to know if your using 2 GB of Micro SD right now.. so i can buy as soon as possible.. im hesitating to buy the 2GB Micro SD.. coz im afraid that it might not work on my 3250..         i tried N91 on a nokia store with a sennheiser HD-?? and it sounded excellent then i plugged d sennheiser to my 3250 AD-41, and guess wat? it sounded almost d same, i couldn't "hear" any major difference at all! dat is, if u set d proper audio settings! as for N73, i don't know..

          my 3250 comes with AC-4U (really not 4E) charger, and it only takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes to fully charge a totally drained BP-6M battery

          here are the specs of AC-4U charger:
          Input: 50-60Hz/125mA
          Output: 5V=/890mA

          d AC-4 luks lyk a faster charger..

          its up to ya whether u want to try ur other chargers.. but judging from d specs u posted, i guess u r better off trying ACP-8E.. but don't take my word for it, d final decision is still urs. on d other note, u can give nokia an email, to ask if ur other chargers r really compatible.

          re yahoo go and nokia sensor, can u pls go to ur file mgr again then hit options > find > phone memory and type "sensor" then "yahoo" each search (pls. repeat process but next tym choose ur microSD as d location of query), dat way, files related to yahoo go or sensor myt appear.. i hope.. thanks! =)

          re: lifeblog installation, yup dat's normal, it installs some on phone mem and some on microSD

          V3.28 is d latest i know (dat was last July here in the Philippines particularly at Nokia care at SM North EDSA cyberzone, i did not proceed in upgrading coz dat branch wil take them almost a week b4 dey can return it back..)

          d only way i know to solve dat issue is to reformat ur phone by pressing *#7370# (backup all ur data first)

          tnx for d link, cool! nwey, if white balance effect on ur cam is important to u, then u should not upgrade if not then u should. but if i were u, i wouldn't.. i remember, my firmware then was 3.18 and d white balance effect s workin fine but after upgradin to 3.21 and 3.23 its not working!

          no, windows media player wil not work on 3250, but u can simply transfer WMA files to ur 3250 using USB cable (provided dat u've installed d nokia PC suite which has d drivers for d USB cable CA-53) then u can use d music player on ur 3250 to play WMA files!

          download SMS accelerator on ur PC and transfer it to ur phone so u can install it from there to solve ur problem in sending msgs. u can find it here:

              Question!!
              Why is it that everytime after i send a msg, the phone hangs for 3 whole minutes before the msg is really sent. It's very frustrating, what if it's an emergency and you have insufficient credit to make a call?! D-E-D.

                please someone reply about the charger!!
                the charger that comes with the phone is ac-3e!! and i want to use ACP-8e or ACP-12e which give much hight voltage and ampere.. can anybody help me? will it hurt the phone using different nokia chargers??

                one thing more... whenever i get a call, the name of the caller is displayed, but the number is not displayed.. is there anyway to make the name and the number of the caller displayed when i get a call??

                    Hi i just bought this phone. looks fine. but when i try to access certain media files it says acccess is denied. why is that. can you pls educate me abt firmware and other phone softwares. im clueless about them

                      @ Andredew....In ur Phone go into---->menu------>organizer------>file manager---->phone memory/mem. card(whereever the game file is---->when u find it...click on it and installl--->after installing u can c the game in MY OWN folder

                        Yes, You Can change the color of your housing... If ur from philippines. Just go to BRIGHTPOINT CENTER, It is located at ALI MALL, Cubao Q.C... About the price, it's around P1,500-P2,000...

                            even after the whole battery is drained my phone takes only 2 hours to fully charge!!!

                            instead go for a sony ericsson....this fone suxxxxxx.....i am disappointed with nokia for the first time...

                            the twisting caused problems in my fone....the camera doesnt even start up after twisting!!!!and whenever i start the camera frm the menu manually...everything appears upside down!!!!!!!

                            i am going to sell it as nokia care destroys ur fone to a great extent!!!

                                hi...
                                the charger that came with the phone package is (ac-3e)with output (5v and 350 mA) and charging takes upto 3 hours!! which is really annoying!!
                                the manual says it only works with(ac-3e) and (ac-4e) i have other nokia chargers at home like (acp-8e) with output 5.3v and 500mA and i have (acp-12e) with output 5.7v and 800mA... i can connect those chargers using the adaptor that comes in the package, and i think the charging will be much faster!! but am worried about the hight output voltage and ampere!! will it affect the phone?
                                did anyone use different chargers to shorten the charging duration!! i can't wait every time for 3 hours!!

                                please help if anybody knows!!!

                                  i just bought this phone and its amazing. but i have a problem. on the mem card i have 2 games: snakes and punkwings. the phone only shows snakes. i can see punkwings on my computer but not on the phone. i also tryed to put other games and they don't show

                                        This is the g8test phone I've ever had. The sound quality is amazing, the screen is ok, the camera is ok and the design is atractive. The only draw-back is the os, because it is not compatible with the older aplications, but a new generation of apps has been developed. I use it just as a pc - internet, messenger, music, movies, games and so on.It worth buying it!
                                        I have a question though : can i use a 2 gb micro sd, even if the specs state that it can be expanded up to 1 gb? Thanx.
