where can i download flash files for da fone?
n also viperkid, which player do u use on ur fone or do u use the default for da videos?
what will happen if i open the file manager from the pcsuite and delete the themes directly?will it get deleated?
i also have a prob,when i installed some of the themes meant for s60 phones da fone said that application not compatable.i know it is not supposed to work but still the nokia installer file stays on my fone even though not installed.so should i delete the themes which r not in my fone??

    Hi viperkid,
    reg smartmovie,if u r not able to figure it out then is there any other player that plays videos smoothly like smartmovie (coz i hate 3gp).
    and also is there any antivirus for our phone?

        I had purchased the 3250 in June 2006 in India. Within 5 days of purchasing it was found to be defective ( no signal and crashing often). The phone was sent to the nokia care centre and was returned after 14 days. The same day the phone was found to be malfunctioning ( refused to recognise the memory card ) and was returned with a request to replace the same with a new phone .
        I was assured that the phone would be replaced in 10 days. This period of 10 days is over and not changing .

        I had therefore lodged a complaint with the nokia helpline . I was however told that the phone will not be replaced with a new box packed phone as it was not the policy of nokia to do so. I was also told that it was not the policy of nokia to refund moneys for defective phones.
        Is this the kind of after sales service provided by Nokia in other countries .


        I find the policy of nokia startling/ shocking to say the least. It is inconceivable that a manufacturer can refuse to refund moneys for defective goods and even refuse to replace the same with new box packed product as a matter of policy.

          update your firmware, If it doesn't work try to replace ur unit u must have a faulty one,when i bought my phone it's faulty when i twist to music doesnt work, so i returned it back where i purchased it then they replaced it with a new one now no prob's at all..

            you can liste to 11 hours of continoues music, the ipod nano is "14 hours" so guess what its enough to listen to music some hours a day

              I just bought a new n3250 hp.... dun know why that hp always "hang" when i sending msg.... n it take very long time to send a msg.... pls help me to solve that

                dis fone is rili cool. i bought it yesterday. i enjoyed istening to my mp3s bcuz its sounds is really cool. the cam is great.. u better hav dis one!

                      my phone dont read the memory card anymore. it says no memory found. has anyone had this problem yet. i've try'd 3x's on seperarte cards. help me

                        if u did not install any other theme aside from S60.com and nokia.com, well juz FORGET wat i told u down here. if ur juz askin' why u only hav around "484 mb or less but not less than 450" of total memory when viewed, dat's normal bcoz d remaining 28mb++ is reserved space for d system and other functions such as re-formatting, temp space for moving files in 1 place to another, etc.

                          1. on default earbuds, K750 = (treble = 7.5; bass = 7.8) 3250 = (treble = 8.8; bass = 7.6). re max mem card, 1GB as of now, but bare in mind 3250 recognizes eAAC+ format meaning u can store about 750 full tracks on a 1GB miroSD against 280 approx in K750's AAC or mp3 format..

                          actually i haven't tried dat yet, but as per nokia's page, yes it should support file downloading with pause and resume wyl on background too, coz it supports HTML 4.01 and content downloading...

                          formatting d card will solve ur problem, BUT b reminded to BACKUP ur microSD using PC suite. b4 u backup, uninstall all ur themes (provided u hav all themes on ur pc) plus "Web" and "Image Editor" on d app. mgr to prevent some problems wen u restore it later..

                          5. to save all ur contacts and calendar entries go to organiser > memory > options > backup phone mem. u can use PC suite to back up both phone mem and ur microSD but then again, b4 u backup, uninstall all ur themes (provided u hav all themes on ur pc) plus "Web" and "Image Editor" on d app. mgr to prevent some problems and wasted space from installation files dat came with d themes u had wen u restore it later..

                          if love 3G services and do not really care about symbian, 6233 myt b d ryt phone for ya otherwise 3250 is d cel for u if ur a music buff! take note dat 6233 does not hav a real player so i guess video streaming will not b as supported bcoz majority of network operators hav real files (.rm/.ram) instead of .3gp files to be streamed..

                          r u sure u did not accidentally dropped ur 3250? if not, i suggest u go to ur nearest nokia authorized service center, dat's d best thing to do.. or u can press *#7370# wyl on standby to restore it to default factory settings, key in 12345 when asked for d code.                           u probably had d non-OEM firmware, no offense but (usually handsets dat came with network operators and non-authorized distributors has those problems) i suggest u upgrade to d OEM firmware, i had both V3.18 and V3.21 RM-38 but to tell u da truth i never experienced any lagging on d msging or any other feature.. if u live here in d Philippines, d technical service gurl told me dat d latest is 3.28 and she even wrote it on paper so im sure its 3.28 (dat was a month ago in nokia cyberzone SM city north EDSA). all of ur problems will be wiped out completely as long as u have d OEM firmware from NOKIA. again, backup all ur files using PC suite. save all ur contacts and calendar entries by going to organiser > memory > options > backup phone mem...

                          yes, only pre-loaded files will b back except "music gallery application" d 1 with green background NOT d music player (d 1st time u got ur 3250) whilst ALL other files wil b deleted so b sure to backup ur phone mem and microSD b4 u re-format ur phone. dat's only true wen u press *#7370# wyl on standby screen bcoz upgrading d firmware is another story, it depends on wat pre-loaded stuff r in a specific version (e.g. 3.21; 3.23; 3.28...)

                          pare, d only way to to remove recent clips on Real Player menu is by playing several different video files para matanggal ung ibang video na nadelete mo na (nwey, gus2 mo ba ng porno vids?? joke lang! juz in case go to my mobango space, soon i'll post it there, hehe). u can try to clear both cache from d 2 web browsers and delete all MMS and other stuff received via bluetooth such us mp3s, vids, etc on ur inbox (if mem used on ur msging is phone memory) provided all r saved on ur card already to free up internal memory.

                          to solve dat problem, first, uninstall all ur themes (provided u hav all themes on ur pc) plus "Web" and "Image Editor" on d app. mgr to prevent some problems wen u restore it later and to prevent unused files by themes then backup ur phone mem and microSD using PC suite, after that, press *#7370# wyl on standby screen to restore to original factory settings, juz key in 12345 (default) when asked for d code. all ur files will b DELETED, juz restore it using PC suite. save all ur contacts and calendar entries by going to organiser > memory > options > backup phone mem... to save ur msgs (wen phone memory is used) go to msgng > options > settings > other > mem in use > memory card or whatever d name of ur microSD when asked to copy msgs just hit yes.

                              I dont know y the u people r saying its sound is great i dont know where form its sound is great did compare with K700 S700 P910i camre but not with Autofocuus whats great in it?

                              HOW CAN I UPGREAT ITS FIRMWARE AT HOME? IS THAT POSSIBLE AT HOME?

                                this phone sucks do not buy it al all
                                i bought it a month ago n a week paased n the lcd screen stopped working
                                i bought it for 25ooo bucks n the lcd was for 10000bucks

                                  i think theres no v3.28 rm-38 out yet,correct me if i'm wrong when i update my firmware to v3.23 previous (3.18) in nokia service center here in the philippines they say that's the new
                                  firmware not v3.28..

                                  hey kabayaan viperkid how can i remove the "most recent clips" even though i deleted the videos in real video the list is still there..and how can i free up phone memory it annoys me a lot even though i deleted all my messages and applications it still goes down..??

                                        I have one more question. If i format my phone, will all the pre installed softwares come again like they come while upgrading firmware? I mean softwares life sound meter, lifeblog n all... Viperkid...please look into this.
