I must praise sony ericcson for launching the K750i a year earlier than the nokia 3250,coz its got nearly the same features as the 3250.But, let me list out the main
differences between the two:
1)MAJOR POINT-The 3250 is a series60 3rd edition OS,which is the latest Symbian OS,which is why i recommend it.Within the next year, there are gonna be hundreds of applications available for s60 3rd edition cell phones, including the 3250.
2)If you're buying it for music, i'd recommend the 3250, bcoz the speaker quality is excellent, plus its music player is very much similar to the iTunes you'd see in the Motorazr v3i.The 3250 is compatible with many more formats than the K750i,including the latest eAAC+ music format.
3)The K750i has a flash,which the 3250 does not, but the image quality is nearly the same.
4)The speakers of the 3250 are louder,and more importantly, clearer than the K750i.
5)The design of the 3250 is unique - no other cell phone in the world has a twist feature.
6)The 3250 has the Macromedia Flash Player-you can play flash games and apps.
7)THE SCREEN OF THE 3250 IS FAR MORE BIGGER THAN THE K750i.This feature is very important for viewing images and videos on a larger screen.
8)The K750i has an infrared port, whereas the 3250 does not.Both the cells support bluetooth.
9)I've noticed in the K750i(of two of my friends), that the joystick isnt that very reliable.Sony was never known for its joysticks, as they tend to not function properly in the future.
10)The 3250 has 4 extra music keys, which the K750i does not have.
11)Both the cells have support for the standard 3.5mm jack for connecting earphones.You can plug in your own set of earphones/headphones in either of them.
12)Size-wise, the K750i is much smaller than the 3250, but its screen/display is smaller too.
My opinion - get the 3250.I have it, and believe me, its fantastic, plus within the next year, its gonna be compatible with the best applications...the rest is up to you...

guys....i jus bght this cell few days ago jus wanted to know abt the joystick is that...does it shakes a bit whn u jus touch it.. mean does it moves in all direction like arnd .1 cm ahead or other sides??? or is the joystick stiff n steady??

no those r not viruses, they r just files needed by Windows to automatically play media files such as videos/mp3s etc.. u probably selected to take an action (when on USB mass storage mode) everytime u connect ur 3250 to ur pc like play mp3s via windows media player and the like so media files will be automatically played..

d2 sa quezon city area. for me, 3250 is a cool and stylish phone with lots of features! 7610 hanggang 10 mins lang ang vid recording di ba unless mag install ka ng application unlike 3250 na definitely longer plus ung quality ng video and still shots, tlgang mas ok! un nga lng as of now, there r only few apps/games for download available (especially d2 sa pinas [e.g. smart, globe, sun]) kc S60 3rd edition i2ng 3250 and old programs made for S60 2nd edition won't work without the respective developers of such games/apps updates it para mag work sa 3250 and other 3rd ed like N80. but don't worry dat much kze 2-3 months more and we'll see lots of freeware and games/apps for 3rd ed! d lowest price i've seen was PhP17,000 sa SM megamall cyberzone. its like having a budget version N90 kase pwde mo gamitin horizontally ung camera/video mode! not to mention na mas mabilis ang 3250 sa lahat nag aspect, be it opening msgs, apps/games, multi-tasking plus it shows d current time in seconds wyl ur on call and it can even say some1's name when they call u as long as naka save ung name nila without recording voice tags!

hey everybody i have discovered a bug in my 3250. thaught maybe you'd find it interesting.
when u wanna send a sms if u go to the phonebook through the new message box and u change ur phone language to arabic (by persing the key that has a pencil shape on) and after that you type some letters (in arabic) and delete it and change your language to english again, this time your ok softkey won't work and you have to select the number by pushing the joystic in and then press ok! that's funny.
i have a question too. does anybody know how can i send protected nokia files (like ringtones,etc.) by bluetooth?
