heyyy i bought this Nokia 3250, the audio of the music player on loudspeakers is quite high then that of the FM on loudspeakers. Can anyone please check and let me knw is this the same setting for other Nokia 3250 owners, or do my handset needs to get changed.
Any Help??
I wonder if the FM on loudspeaker could have that much loud sound as of Music Player.
Also i noticed one thing on the camera part in Nokia 3250, if you take pic in proper sunlight, outside home then it gives u the good pic quality whereas if u take pic somewhere in home or in any enclosed area it will not give pic of that good quality like other ph of same 2MP do give.
But no worries I bought it for the Music purpose basically and not for the Camera purpose. Audio quality in headphones and loudpeakers rockes baby!! I puted my X-Drum headphones in the ph jack and it gives much good quality then that of original nokia headsets.
One can also try BOSE Headphones, Im sure they gonna rock u too!

in d interim, i don't know any links where we can download countdown timer for free.. let's keep r fingers cross and wait for d freeware version to pop up! : )
re lagging, mine too got d 3.18 firmware version, d only difference is i never experienced any lagging in any operation (e.g. opening/sending/creating/typing msgs, browsing sites/pics/videos or files, etc) who is ur network provider? 02, orange, vodafone, cingular, sonera, globe, smart, singtel, telkomsel? or better yet wat country r u in ryt now?? it may be d network's firmware causing those lags i suggest that if possible u upgrade ur firmware to d OEM firmware (nokia's default firmware, not network bundled firmware, without any signs of links from ur network provider or shortcut menus of ur provider..)

re mobile gallery.. i think lifeblog has something to do with d gallery so if u had previously removed/uninstalled lifeblog, u may want to try reinstalling lifeblog again..

try to switch d phone off then on again.
go to tools > app mgr > then select "feeds" if i remember correctly after that uninstall then install it again. as for d snake game uninstall it then install it again. if u don't hav d installation file, u can find it here:

as for d themes, u may want to try deleting d one u downloaded from mobile.themes.com. u can do it by:
go to tools > app mgr > then delete dat theme
or if u can't find it there, try this:
go to organiser > file mgr then choose wer u saved ur theme whether micro card or phone mem then u can delete it from there
i hope it will solve ur concerns. if problems persists, u may try to ask ur nearest nokia store or hotline or u can give em an email..
oh i forgot, if u entered a passcode for ur microSD card and activated it, i suggest that u remove d password and deactivate it, dat might b d 1 causing one of d problems.

someone is asking what's the best 2 mp phone.
Hey, i think you're looking at the wrong place. You won't find the best 2 mp camera in nokia.
GSMarena and like majority of other mobile review sites agree that SE k750i IS the BEST 2 mp camera in the market, i might add to that w800, w810 and w900

Today, I just changed my Old 3230 to 3250.
I read at www.nokia.com, both of N 3230 and N 3250 use Symbian S60. But when I try to install applications (eg. Agile Messenger, Message Saver, etc ) that previously working on 3230, those applications can not be installed on my new N 3250. Any expert explanation for this? Shouldn't it work because the OS is the same between my old Nokia 3230 and my New Nokia 3250 ( S60 )?
And there's no games installed on my new 3250 when I bought this? Why?
And also Nokia 3250 doesn't have infra red, it only has Bluetooth for connectivity while the previous version of Nokia 3 Series ( 3230 ) has both infrared and bluetooth.
The Camera compared with Samsung D500 with the same quality ( 2 Mpix ), the colour is worse than Samsung.
But indeed, the sound quality on the earphone is great. I only give two thumbs up for this feature of sound quality only.

i dont mind the lack of autofocus but more of the lack of macro mode and the light. it is silly that the phone doesnt hav photo light AND the camera flash pd-2 CANNOT work on it(according to email reply from nokia staff). then how are photo going to appear good in dark places? night mode?? why is the flash compatible with 3230, 7610 but when used on this phone it cant work?
other than that, i like the phones look its not ugly i think its depends on preference.......for me i dont mind the thickness......other than the absence of light and macro/AF the camera is still takes acceptable quality picture, the music features are fine too, music quality thru headset is acceptable, loudspeaker is great. however i'd personally prefer a direct 3.5mm plug on the phone rather than the HS20 cos u'd end up with very long wires....also a pity theres no a2dp....other than that its a good and quite decent phone....now i hope its durable enough

its a brick. companies like motorola, samsung and se are leading the way and nokia is trying to catch up after years of complacency because there WERE the best. gimmicks are all nokia are good for now. gimmicky designs and features. there is nothing new or exciting about this phone. it's ugly and the camera is old school. the others are now doing 2 and 3 megapixel cameras with flash and auto focus. also the others all have sites for downloading ringones for their phones. www.wowlg.com www.hellomoto.com www.samsungmobile.com www.sonyericsson.com where is the nokia site?

Hey viperkid ( my best man )
My music player has stopped functioning when i twist the phone to the music mode, i have to go to the gallery and select the song i wanna listen, this has left me handicapped and has become a very cumbersome activity to select only one song at a time....
Also my snake and the mobile gallery have stopped opening
i had downloaded a .sis themes from mobile theme.com onto my phone and they were perfectly installed but now i am not able to install new themes ( its not coz of lack of space coz i ve aplenty)...expert opinion required.

Yippiee...I got Nokia 3250 finally, yes i like the loudspeaker quality. Itis much better than nokia 6320i and far far better that wat SE W800 gives. Thumbs up to Nokia loudspeakers.
Also i agree with viperkid the price of the product decreases at its initial stage coz of its high demand. The phone is damm good, company knw that ppl will surely buy it...if just the prices are slashed down a bit..so comapny do it.
Nokia 3250 headset quality is do less than SE, but no matter one can put his own headphone here like SE and the camera is also good.
once again thumbs up to NOKIA.
