i am planning to get myself a 5700 so can anyone kindlt tel me that who hav used 3250 for a long time that the SWIVEL thing the rotations of this fone gets loose or not ????? plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Good, sturdy phone, only problem is the occasional freezing that occurs after sending a message, which eventually gets quite irritating.

To soft format you use *#7370# But remember the phone will restore to default and you have to restore back your settings. I still recommend you back up your phone in the memory card as well as using the nokia PC suite to back up phone before you start.

Symbian phones do have these minor problems. I'll advice you make sure you always close all applications each time you finish with them before opening another one to prevent such cases. And each time the message comes up again after you have taken these precautions, reboot your phone and try again. However, it the problem persists in spite of all these, then it may be wise to soft format your phone. This may be using a sledge hammer to kill an ant but it should work.
Before soft formatting, back up your phone in memory card, remove the card then format. You can then restore back your settings to phone from memory card afterwards.

Help! My 3250's contact's some suddenly disappeared, just like one blank option, and when I go to groups, there's nothing, the option button disappeared. And, some buttons u pressed, for instances, the personalize option in profiles, nothing happens.. Anyone can help? pls?

@Dr Adedoyin; I have a big problem wit my 3250. sometimes when i open SERVICES on the menu so as to surf on WAP, it tells me APPLICATION CLOSED:SERVICES. What should i do? i will really appreciate your assistance

i bought just three months ago but first its was the images when i opened images it shows only one image a 100 times now the phone is kaput took it back to dealer ,he said gurantee is over took for repair they told its the main memory thats dead.
