i have a friend who bought a nokia 3250 and after a month or two it started to switch off by itself...and its hard to send sms..so if were you,and you like to have a phone to listen all day..try having sony ericssons walkmans

buy it . dont hesitate . but i noticed that sometimes its slow when it comes about sending sms , otherwise everything is perfect about this cell phone

IS THE BEST PHONE !!!!! i have this phone for 2 months and i don't have problems with it. The sound quality is very good,and camera is nice. GO AND BUY NOKIA 3250 ...

AFter having a look at my friend's 3.18, i realized that i shud not have upgraded my cell to 4.14,,, the sound of 3.18 is so gud and now after 4.14 its sucks big time !! please nokia guys bring the new update with loder sound!!

first, its highly recommended dat u hav a broadband or DSL connection coz d file for upgrading d firmware is quite large, around 60mb. u can download latest NSU (nokia software updater) here:

after downloading and installing NSU on ur PC (also, make sure dat u hav PC suite installed, juz to b sure), juz follow on screen instructions. upgrading process wil take approximately 35 mins to 45 mins if u hav 384kbps connection but if u r usin dial up d upgrading process wil b about 6-8 hours! don't remove d usb wyl in process

im using 3250 wit v3.18.. the result is.. excellent.. and im not going to sell it.. my phone was so good.

i got 3250 about7 months.. and...i have some problems with my memory card:( i don`t know why.but..far that problem. i really like my pinky phone:D

for all of you who want a music phone i strongly recomend on buying 3250.
and not going for s.e.
3250 pros: excelent loudspeaker ( louder than s.e)
symbian os ( s.e has os only on the p series )
dedicated keys for music player
standard 3.5 mm jack for regular headphones
very solid casing
good camera ( phones never will be as good at taking pictures than a digiral camera , because if tei do the digital camera will become usless , want a camera buy a digital camera )
and for the people that doesnt like the rotating body and thinks that is very easy to break ... its not true the rotating body is very solid and the phone casing to ... the system of the rotating mechanism is very solid is made out of stell at 3250 , on the older 6260 that had rotating body too it was made out of aluminum or cheap irond and could easily bend. trust me on buying 3250 its a very good phone. i had 6260 and now i have 3250 and i never had any problems. if you used like a normal person the phone will never have a problem , but if you drop it on the flor , use the rotating system with no caution , install on the phone usless sofware and if they containg any viruses thant dont complaing about the phone , because its nou the phone's fault , the person who use it is the problem !

Wow i just got this set and i tell u it is superb and i am still triped by it becos everything works well for all those who have complaints just know that there aint anything like a perfect phone ... yet

r all d pc u tried have at least 1.5ghz processor? if dey hav >= 1.5ghz and still exp. prob. in converting mp3s into eAAC+ using music manager, try this:
try to download and install d latest PC suite which has d newest music mgr version and re-try converting ur mp3s
try to install this on ur pc:

and begin converting..
if u live here in the Philippines, new casing will cost u around two th0usand to 2.5K.

@ viperkid. i cant convert my mp3s to aac or eaac through the nokia music manager. At first i thought it was a prob with my pc. But i tried it on 3 other pcs too. Any advice? Is there another software 2 convert? And how much would it cost 2 change the housing of the phone? Thanks a lot.

plz guyzzz do not upgrade ur firmware if u hv v3.18
but if uhv v3.23 or v3.24 update ur firmware 2 v4.14 bcoz it gud dan both

first, make sure u hav nokia pc suite installed on d pc u r plannin to connect ur 3250 so it wil b recognized both ur phone (and connect it using USB cable provided) and d "sms accelerator" which can b downloaded at support page of N3250. then juz choose "data transfer mode" when d phone asks so u can copy and paste d sms accelerator to ur 3250, from there, simply install it and ur problem in sending msgs will vanish! =)

Messages take over 8mins to send locks the phone up means people can ring and i cant answer or even tell theyre calling...thort this phone was mint when i first got it but its pants!!!!!Proper let down by messaging...cant download stuff of nokia site to speed it up as doesnt recognise programme on 3 computers ive tried...my friend has same problem had to buy n93 as this 3250 is pants!Music is brill clear and loud but that is it....so if thats all u want it 4 but there are much better phones about wouldnt recommend in the slightest
