I do not like smartphone, I cannot use the touch screen generally speaking. I have no social network account? If I want to use internet, I use py PC... I am just looking for a basic phone, small size, 4G with bluetooth to hook up my computer, and a quadri frequence phone. This one is perfect !

I want the 3310 4G, it has all the features I want. But where can you get one in Taiwan? I have yet to see a store selling them. The only Nokia T9 I see in stores is the ugly and TOO LARGE 8810.

it's useless to make even 5G of a this mobile unless you can't make it run android,of corse we don't like tactile smartphones but we're not dinosaurs we use & want google apps, opera navigator will keep 3310 ridiculous as a caveman tool in satellite time

The 2G-only version of the new 3310 sucks (at least) in three respects.
- Keyboard lock is not automatic/timed. Back are the calls made from your pocket, accidentally switched-on torch in the pocket, and so on.
- There can be only 25 appointments in the calendar. If you add more, you must first make room by deleting old ones manually. Added micro-SD memory does not help, the Calendar does not use it.
- There is a finite amount of memory for text messages (SMSs), and once the memory runs dry, there is neither an easy way to back up important SMSs to some other media nor to make room by deleting less important SMSs. The phone does not use micro-SD memory for SMSs even if there is a card installed. AFAIK, the only way to back up messages is to navigate into each SMS separately and forward it to another phone (whereby metadata gets lost). Also, you can only either delete all messages related with one person, or you must tediously navigate into each message and delete them one by one. After one deletion, the full navigation process must be performed again in order to delete the next message.
I wonder if the 4G model has the above annoying features? If it has, by all means avoid the phone.
