To ABINESH:
My 6300 doesn't overheat. Mine was made in Hungary and I have firmware revision version. 5.00
I wouldn't expect the 6300's battery life to last as long as other phones though because it has a very bright backlit lighting system which is so bright that it works marvels as a flashlight/torch with or without a wallpaper selected.
Secondly, with a 16.7 million high resolution display did you really expect the battery to last as long as phones with a 256k display ? Come on, be realistic. With regular use of 'most' features, the screen is constantly on and the backlight is running...for the most part so therefore, the battery WILL drain more quickly. When you combine a VERY POWERFUL backlit screen along with the millions of colours and high resolution, there's no way the phone will last for more than a day using the features continuosly.
Another opinionist shares the same view saying he didn't expect such a high quality 16 million colour screen to give much battery life, so he's NOT surprised at how fast the battery drains. He said he purchased the phone because it's a beauty in every way.
Regardless of that, myself and others (which you will see in the 6300 forum) gets good battery life out of it. A friend says he gets 5 days sending text and making a few calls everyday...which is what a phone is used primarily for anyway.
The N95 battery doesn't last long either and it has a higher capacity battery than 6300. According to posts that I read, the N95 drains even more quickly than 6300.
These 16 million colour screen phones are the FIRST Nokia phones which doesn't give a very long battery life and the POWERFUL HIGH QUALITY SCREENS are the reason why. Simply as that.

yea , i ve seen the screen of 6300 and , true it is amazing. but you face problems of over heating and quick drain of the battery. it lasts not even for one single day mate !!

Great in desgin, indonesia prices at about 1,5 in rupiahs....i think this phone more cheaper than w610i with same features....
i recommended this phone than w610i...always....i love nokia!!!

yaeh!! I think it´ll be a great phone for such the price. hope this phone to be available in Mexico and 6120c too. If da price difference is a lot here I´ll get this phone. It´s time to change my 1 year and 7 months old 6230

if you don´t know information about this phone stop to invent that it hasn´t the latest bluetooth.
For your information it has v2.0 and a2dp profile, and the design is simple and the screen is only 1.8 inches and 128*160 pix. but what do you expect for 135 euro???
If you find any other phone with those functions at better price please let me know
