fone gets heated up sooner thn u call ie 5-7 mins, my headset's not working since long time, had 2 xhange d battery after a yr coz it got "prgnant"

nokia 3500c compared with others mobiles speaker is low output eventhough put in high volume ,not clear for incoming calls ,for that now iam changing my mobile phone from nokia to samsong.also nokia battery is not good compared with samsang .please rectify the same
